SORRY - resending this due to server problems!!! I guess I have company! I will send the other lost email on Sunday morning. Thanks for bearing with me! Hi friends, Thanks for staying with me on Our Great Journey. My Midsummer Night's Dream - puckish with poetry, conversation, Crazy Rich Asians and the psychology of collectivism

September 7th 2018 MDT

Hi friends, Thanks for staying with me on Our Great Journey. June 16th 2018 MDT

Hi all, Happy Juneteenth! Maybe I'll see you in the Fillmore today at the SF Juneteenth Festivities. I hear Mayor-Elect London Breed will be there - congrats to her as the first African American woman mayor of SF. San Francisco will now be the largest city in America with a woman as mayor. I was a supporter of my longtime friend, Supervisor Jane Kim, and it was a very close race. I'm hopeful that the tensions of our changing city will be negotiated in a democratic and transparent way. Mindfulness and compassion are imp ...Continue Reading

Podcast interviews, and a wonderful CAAMFest experience

May 31st 2018 MDT

Dear friend, I hope this message finds you well. May has been very busy for me! I went from Compassion Cultivation Teachers' Training to presenting at the APA on girls breaking gender norms and narcissism in the American psyche to CAAMFest! It was a coming to critical mass of ideas and intentions, resulting in an outpouring on my Memoirs of a Superfan film blog. It was an awakening experience, a transpersonal and powerful time of synthesizing a lot that's been fermenting in my soul. The wound is the womb ...Continue Reading
